If you haven't already noticed, my blog posts have been a little… unreliable lately. So, in honor of my last 5 days of "non-motherhood" [think I made that word up], I thought I'd share FIVE of my current favorite things,
I'm also thinking about doing a post-preggers "Favorite 5's". I'm certain the list will have a different direction altogether, right!?!?!?!
2• Bruschetta became a weekly craving meal for me and my DP. SO healthy, easy breezy to make, and F R E S H !!! Needless to say, every piece gets devoured in a matter of minutes. Even made it for my dear friend Michelle recently…She's always taking me to lunch to "feed the baby" so it was my turn to treat her. I think she's addicted now, too.
3• Sleep isn't my friend anymore…but THIS is. Thanks Trish M.
5• Serene morning walks in the State Forest [Blue Mountain Beach] have become something I look forward to daily. I used to love riding my bike on the Timpoochee Trail [a.k.a. 30-A bike path] until it got a bit difficult to make it up some of the "hills". So now every morning the family hits the pine forest trails instead!
